Okay. I'm mad about my weight loss or lack thereof. In fact, I would like to kick my eating habits in the teeth. I weighed in this morning at 285.7. What the crap is that? I haven't been that heavy in ages...or at least months. I am resolute in getting down to 270 by the end of the year and keeping it off. Earlier would be better.
So, stay tuned for more updates as I devise a plan. While I am pondering, I'll accept any feedback or suggestions.
