Downward Trend

So I'm only down to 289.7, but I've been able to hold it under 290 since I started keeping track again.  And although I haven't immersed myself in oatmeal again, I have been watching my portions.  I've also been talking walks around the building since I have a student teacher.  And, here's the latest evidence that I'm on the right track, I turned down a candy bar after dinner last night.  Gotta find more things to curb the appetite.  Stress is a little lower, so that should help, but it want stave off the bacon and doughnut (or both) cravings forever. Nom. Nom. Nom. Nom.  I just need to keep this downward trend going.

  1. I've heard that, ironically, drinking lots of water is a good way to lose some weight. When your water intake is high, your body retains less because it's sure that more is right around the corner.
