So I've eaten oatmeal for breakfast every morning. Good for me. That is until yesterday when we went out for Indian food at the Tandoori Oven, which I very highly recommend to anyone, even you haters who say you don't like Indian food. And, of course, we had to make the weekly pilgrimage to get ice cream. This week's choices were lemon custard and Aggie Bull Tracks. In case I didn't mention it, last week's were Aggie blue mint and midnight munchies.
The tortilla espanola I made tonight with pimiento and bacon didn't do anything to help. I even had some decent chorizo and green olives to accompany it. For those who want the recipe (or lessons on how to do it right) let me know; we can work something out. You provide the ingredients and I'll show you how.
On another good note, my knee is finally starting to feel better, so I might be able to do more than walk to and from class. All in all, not bad, but not good either.
I'll have leftover tortilla for breakfast tomorrow. Sorry, oatmeal. You lose. I'll see you next Monday.
